Lesson 1 – Build an Asset not a job.

Problem: Most business owners build a job for themselves that no-one else wants.

Solution: You must build a business that grows into an asset that everyone wants.

There are many ways to build your business into an asset but it can’t be done overnight.

  1. A business that is centered on the owner and relies on the owner to run it’s day to day operations reduces the value of the business. To increase the value of the business you need to learn to delegate and build a team and systems that can run the business without you.
